I went in to a doctor who told me that I could get rid of my freckles with just one laser treatment becuase I told him that I was not sure if I could afford it. I wasn't going to do it initially if I needed more than one session, but with his reassurance I decided to go forward. I feel like I was sold snake oil. My freckles are still there. He told me that we just need one more treatment, but I have heard that before. Not going in again.

I’m 34 and fair skinned. The freckles on my face, especially my cheeks and nose, became really obvious over the last few years, and to me, seemed more like big spots making me feel really uncomfortable. So, I asked my doctor if there was any way I could get rid of them. She said there are some creams and lotions that can work for a period of time, but she’d definitely recommend laser treatment, because the results are permanent (as long as you take care to wear sunscreen and avoid long times in the sun). I noticed that some of the freckles were gone after the first session, which was good, but it was somewhat uncomfortable. The doctor told me I may need to return for at least one more session, before my freckles disappear completely. I’m pretty happy with the results so far, and what can I say, I can’t wait to see the final result.

Over the last few years, I started to notice that I had a lot more freckles on my hands, so I asked my doctor what to do about it and she recommended laser treatment. I heard other people trying different creams for freckles but I just wanted to solve my problem fast, and effectively. The results for the laser treatment are immediate and permanent (as long as you are careful to avoid sun exposure in the future). I’ve already had two treatments and I could see visible results, in the sense that most of the spots were gone. The success of such procedures definitely depends on each person’s skin and the skills of the technician. I’m happy with the results and I will have to have two more visits to my doctor to reach the results I want.

My freckles weren’t always so bad but since last summer it feels like I started to have a lot more than usual, especially on my face and chest. I’m not sure why but I just wanted to do something about it. I started to research some treatments to remove my freckles and my friend suggested I should try the laser treatment. After my first visit, the doctor cleared my skin of nearly 90% of the freckles. I’m very happy with the results and I really feel that anyone should do it if it will make them feel good about themselves.
